Yes, in most cases. If you use your Gift Card to make a purchase greater than the remaining balance, you must tell the merchant before completing the transaction. 5. Why doesn’t my Gift Card work at “pay at the pump” at gasoline stations?
To prevent people from spending more than the balance left on the Gift Card, the Banco Popular MasterCard Gift Card will not be authorized at “pay at the pump” at gasoline stations. Therefore, if you wish to purchase gasoline with your Gift Card, you should prepay at the cashier at the counter the dollar amount of gas you want to purchase.

It is possible that the address used at the time the card was purchased is different than your current address. Online and telephone purchases require that the "billing address" for your purchase match the address on file for your Banco Popular MasterCard Gift Card.

For added security, we request that you enter the 3-digit “CV12” number found on the back of your Gift Card. On the card back, you will find 7 digits on the signature strip. The last 3 digits of this 7-digit series is your 3-digit “CV12” number.
