This method applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance of the period of interest payment.The average daily balance is determined adding the principal balance of the account for each day of the cycle and dividing the total between the number of days in the cycle. - When deposits are made (for example checks), interests start to accumulate from the first workday when the deposits is made.
