Authorization of your father, mother or legal guardian if you are under 21 years of age.
Must be a student for an associate degree, bachelor or master from a university licensed by Puerto Rico Higher Education Council or by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (for universities outside Puerto Rico).
Must present the following documents:
- Copy of class schedule; or
- Copy of University ID (with a valid date); or
- Copy of the letter of admission (if it is your first year of college).
